Asukoe is the nonprofit organization which aims at a social activity to better the local and general society utilizing (making the most of) civic voices, by means of the Internet.
Asukoe respects people’s “voice”. Because we believe our “voice” reflects what our future would be and implies the way to achieve that future.
We have been collecting "tomorrow's voices" from various citizens and utilizing them to enhance our activities for social change.
To collect and organize voices, we make the most of the Internet power, especially its Web2.0-like nature as vehicles to collect and deliver people’s voices.
Asukoe aims to launch “Pluggable Internet Infrastructure“, where companies and governments can make access to citizens’ voices to accelerate their revolution.
Asukoe has been ranking 30 Japanese local government WEB sites from the civic viewpoints such as housewives and seniors, and also ranking 20 Japanese public art museum WEB sites.
Our first plan is to change a community and individual life, and our second plan is to expand our activities to the whole world by solving international issues such as poverty and conflicts.
Asukoe means "the tomorrow's voice" in Japanese.
